How many products can I purchase?
My payment method was declined and now I can't place an order.
How do I re-install software that I have already purchased?
You can reinstall the software at any time by accessing your Order History.
Please note that you may only re-download or buy additional products if the Software Assurance agreement is still valid and you are an active employee of the company.
I previously bought an Office 2016 product via the Microsoft Home Use Program. Can I purchase again?
